  • All Inclusive Rooms – Accommodating 2 persons, this package includes all fees: hotel room stay; breakfast; lunch; and dinner; access to all facilities; boat transportation and entrance fee.
  • Villas – Accommodates up to 8 persons. Boat transportation ($70 per person) and entrance fee (TT$15 per person) not included in villa rate.
  • Cabanas – Accommodates up to 10 persons. Boat transportation ($70 per person) and entrance fee (TT$15 per person) not included in cabana rate.

Take a scenic boat ride to Gaspar Grande

Take a 10-minute scenic boat ride  from Island Property Home Owners Marina in Chaguaramas to Gaspar Grande.  Relax as the cool breeze brushes against your face as you pass by the islands along the Chaguaramas coast.

Enjoy the  Beach and the Pool

Relax at the private golden sand beach which is gently caressed by the calm waters of the sheltered bay.  Or take a plunge into the salt water pool; or unwind poolside at the picnic tables where you can have a meal, some drinks and the good old fashioned Trini lime.
