What you will Do and See

Visit the 250-acre San Antonio Cocoa Estate owned by the De Verteuil family to learn about the process of making one of the finest cocoa in the world.  This one-hour tour will expose you to the traditional method that has been used for hundreds of years to plant and harvest the cocoa pods as well as the drying process in the special cocoa sheds and the storing of the beans for export.

The cocoa beans produced are some of the best in the world and are used by many European countries in their production of fine chocolate.  The sampling of the cocoa and chocolate at the Estate is a definite treat.
